moved my broody to her own house tonight

wish me luck, she is a first time so i dont know how she handles switching, i was able to move her to the portable box during the day from the built in box in the coop and she sat there all day and i moved the box with her in it to the private hutch after dark, so im hoping she will be sitting tight in the morning and i wont have to worry about it, ill get pics of her, shes a beauty.

i think shes happy that no other hens are kicking her out to lay eggs in her nest anymore

Broodies do better by themselves.

Wish I'd have done that with my last broody hen.

I just moved my broody today to a separate area today too! This is my first time and hers too. It went well and she didn't mind at all that we moved her. I can't wait to see how this turns out!!
