Moved the littles outside today

I got 26 (one fast loss) Barred Rock pullets from MPC last Thursday. The 25 girls have been in a brooder in my mud room, but the kids and I got the 2nd brooder pen finished in our chicken barn today. It was so funny seeing those little fuzz butts already trying to launch themsleves intot the air! They have been in a box brooder, so moving to a 4' x 8' is a whole new world. Their neighbors (that they can't see~LOL) are 4 week old guineas & BC Marans

Since I have more eggs in the 'bator, we better stay busy building out there.

How old are the fuzz butts?

The chicks are funny - I like when they roost like big-birds!
