Movin hatch setup to farm

So... My uncle has a chicken poultry farm.. Basically egg production.. Automatic feeders etc... Ive been hatching and caring for baby chicks since i was 8 years old (15 now) and I've incubated over 1000 eggs all in my house.. All types of breeds but most animals i hatch dont feel happy sitting under a red lamp waiting to be freed... So i thought... Lets move the incubation setup to the farm.. As the eggs i get to hatch are from the hens in the farm... So more fresh eggs! But! Theres a slight problem you see...

This is my 800$ hatching setup...hatcher incubator and brooder plus 1000VA UPS and a really expensive detailed heating dimmer... Since the farm is in a really.. Lets say poor place... Im scared that workers or people might steal my setup... Ill probably jump of the bridge if anything happens to my incubator... So i wanna get your thoughts if i should keep the setup home or move it.... I have a feeling that it will get stolen..

If the place where your setup is to be placed is accessible to the general public, I would not risk it.

I agree, it's probably best to keep it at your home. Have you tried making a MHP? It's super simple, and the chicks are raised like they would with a broody. There's no light glaring down on them, and they get to get that morning/night cycle.
