Moving a volcano nest?

So, my duck went broody. Which is fine except she built the nest in the wrong coop and I need to move it. The problem is that this monstrosity she built is best described as a volcano nest. Its about 2ft by 2ft and might be almost as deep. How do I move it without it falling apart? Or do I just wait till hatch? I'm not thrilled at the idea of leaving her where she is because its the area all the adult birds sleep, though they do leave her little corner alone. Any input?

If you can put some type of fencing around her when hatch starts, then once hatch is done move her and the ducklings. You don't want a duckling to wander out where adults are just because they can't always be trusted with ducklings. I have odd pieces of lattice that I use to fence Mama and her ducklings off from the rest of the adults this way she gets to stay inside the coop with her ducklings. Then when I let everyone out in the morning mama and ducklings get the run of the coop for a week before she gets to bring them outside. They get put back in their part of the coop before I let everyone back in for the night.
