Moving Air Cell?

I have eggs that are on day 21, one chick hatched today and none of the others have pipped so I decided to quickly candle them. Before going into lockdown all air cells looked good. However, today one of them has moved to the side of the egg and shrunken. Is this due to the hatched chick flailing around and disrupting it? Will this chick likely still hatch?

There is a lot of change inside the egg at hatch! It sounds like the air cell was drawn down which is normal

How did the chick do?
