Moving chicks and broody have questions

Hello, I have just sectioned off a pen in my hen house so it's safe and sound for who ever goes in.

Here's what I'm not sure of, I have a mama with 3, 3 week old chicks in my feed coop next to the big coop, I also have a broody on eggs in the hen house the big coop) in a nesting box which she needs to be moved.

who should I put in the hen house pen (inside the big coop) it's very safe has it's own door and it's all fenced in with chicken wire.

I think I'd put the broody in the hen house since the others will be going into the reg coop first. But that just my opinion and I'm no expert.

That's what I was thinking I didn't want to upset Mama and have her do somthing to her chicks.
