My girls are 7 weeks old. I put them out in their chicken run in the morning then back to the garage in the evening. I have a coop l bought from TSC, the bungalow coop. When do I start the process of leaving them out at night and how do I go about doing that? The temperature is around 70’s for the low and in the 90’s for the high.

In those temperatures I would have started two or three weeks ago. There is no law that says you have to start at any specific time, you will not be fined or imprisoned if you continue to wait, but they can handle going out now.

how do I go about doing that?
Take them out to the coop/run one morning, lock them in, and leave.

How comfortable do you feel about the run being predator proof? If you are totally comfortable with that you can let them sleep wherever in there they want to, but most of us would want them to sleep in the enclosed coop section. So go out there at bedtime and lock them into the coop section every night until they start going in on their own. Go back out there the next morning to let them out of the coop and back into the run.

It doesn't have to be complicated, but if you want it to be you can make it so.

Edited to add: Welcome to the forum! Glad you joined! It can be a fun adventure.
