I have 6 Silkies and 1 Old English Game bantam. They’re 10 weeks old I was wondering when I should move them out these are my temperatures for the next few days..Should I keep them in or move them outside?

I’d move them out. 10 weeks is old enough to have more than enough feathers to keep themselves warm. You do need to gradually let them outside though.

It depends on if they're fully feathered, which they should be. Chickens can withstand cold temperatures as long as they're fully feathered.
