Moving Chicks Outside.

I have three 8 week old chicks and two 7 week old chicks. They are ready to move outside but our night time temps are going to be in the low 30's this week and should be in the low 40's after this week. At what age can they handle these temps? Or, at their age, what temps can they be outside at night and be ok? I do have a fairly draft free coop. Thanks for any replies.

Mine have been outside a while now. They are about the same age. They nestle down together in a big overstuffed nest box. I weaned them off the light and let them go out a few hours at a time. I was so worried the first few nights but everything has been fine.
