Hello,
Looking to advice.

My husband and I are relocating and we have 8 ducks to take with us. I am unsure of how to have them travel for 7 hours. We have two options: in the back of my SUV, or in the ned of my husbands truck. Either way I will be separating them into larger dog crates to contain the with bedding and such. We have other animals coming with us, so we will stop often for food.

Do you think the back of the SUV, or possibly the bed of the truck with a tarp over the crate to help with the wind? I am worried it would be too windy for them.
Thanks
T

Do you mean the back seats of the SUV or the trunk?
I'd put them in a place with no drafts but that allows the air to circulate and there is no risk of getting too hot.
You also have to consider that it has to be easly accessible when you make the pauses.
