Moving ducks during laying cycle?

Anyone ever done this?

I am planning to move my ducks and chickens to a different building on the property. This will allow them a bigger coop and an acre pasture.

If you have done this did the ducks stop laying until next spring?

Or did they stop for a time and then start back up.

I just got a trio of ducks, about a month ago, from a farm about 45 mins away. The ducks laid one egg the 2nd day then nothing for 9 days and started laying pretty consistently after like the 10th day. So, you shouldnt have much time to wait ..

Thanks! My I have moved my chickens before and had little trouble. Ducks are different though.
