Moving from Florida to Santa Fe nm

Hi. I live in Florida and have a backyard urban flock. I let my girls free range in my fenced backyard all day. I was wondering if anyone who lives in the area can give me some pointers on a coop or run. I know that New Mexico is far different than city life here in Florida. Also if you have to supplement your hens with heat in the winter. Any info will help, I will be relocating them most likely late summer early fall. Thanks for the help!!
