Hi Guys,
I have gotten so much info from you guys the last couple years and now I finally joined, thank you.
My Guinea hen has been sitting on her eggs for about three weeks now outside in a hidden nest. I let her continue since its right by our german shepherd dog pen. When they hatch I was going to scoop em up and put them in the big coop with some straw. If I throw her in there with them will she still keep them warm or do I need a warmer light???? Will she still momma them???? Appreciate it.

We don't know for sure how she will react to being moved after they hatch. My concern is the sudden change in environment would freak her out. But I would definitely give it a try. That would be so much safer than leaving them outside. If she doesn't keep them warm you can always rig up a heat lamp/ heat plate for them.
