how do u move a nest on the ground without the hen getting off?

Are you trying to relocate a broody hen?
If you are wait until after dark, then move her. Put something over her so she can't get off the nest, like a box. Then the next night after dark take it off. In the morning she should stay on the nest with her eggs.
