Moving to coop

So my chicks, picture attached are about 4 weeks old roughly. They good amount of feathers coming in. Being in Southern New England the looking at the weather coming up. Looks like the lowest would be low 50’s at night and getting 70-80 during the day. Should I wait little longer couple more weeks to move them into the coop. I have the heat lamp now where they got one area where the lamp is and other cooler spots with them in my walkout basement that the temp is 65-70 degrees constantly. They seem to me starting to sleep at the cooler parts of there temp entire and they love jumping on things

I would not hesitate to put them outside.
They should do just fine with a huddle box to stay warm at night.
Yeah was thinking of doing it this week. Just need to add one more good vent fan for during the day to help keep it cool during the day
