I’m looking to move to Florida in the next month or two from New Hampshire. I am looking for some suggestions on the best way to relocate them with the least amount of stress on my Girls as well as the best way to get them accumulated to the warm weather.

Going from cold to warm is less issue then the revere. How may chickens will you be moving?? Do you have a coop set up in Florida?? I am assuming you will be driving. That is about a two day journey. You will need to stop, and feed the flock,, as well as give them water. It is suggested to offer water every 2 hours. If you are traveling during night,, you can skip the water and feed. You will need cages to contain the chickens. If possible,,, at rest stops,, take cages out and let chickens walk around on ground,,,,,,, but inside cage.
If you have many chickens,,,,,, consider selling or giving away your current chickens,, and getting a new set at new home.

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome

First, make sure it is legal to transport chickens through every state that you'll travel through.

Then make sure you have appropriate arrangements for them both on the road and during overnight stops.

Will you have a proper coop and run set up from the moment you arrive?

*Generally* the most practical thing for a long distance move is to sell/give away the current flock and replace them after you've settled into your new home and build appropriate facilities. :)
