Mr. Ducky

Hi everyone.

I have a story for everyone.

I had something funny happen that involves ducks. So this morning we heard something knocking on our door. My mother went to get it. She opened the door and no one was there. She looked down thinking there was a package, and discovered something very funny. A duck was laying right by our door and used his bill to knock on our door. This wild duck and its female companion have been living near our house since we moved here and hang out in our front yard often. They are our creature neighbors. I named him "Mr. Ducky."

Aw, that's adorable! We have a mallard pair that hangs by our pond as well. My father named them Seymour and Gertrude.

He is back. He has been visiting quite often, I dont know why. They dont seem to belong to anyone else. They might be wild.



I gave them a piece of bread, they seemed to enjoy it, but I dont know if it is legal to feed them or not.
