Mr. Roo AKA Eagle keeps escaping

Mr. Big Roo Eagle the white rooster keeps escaping from the fenced in run that is at least 6ft tall . What Can I do we have a total of 4 roosters that are leaving this weekend so he can be the man in charge but I keep thinking if all he ever does is jump the fence then maybe he should find a new home before my neighbors dogs get him.

You can clip his flight feathers or you can cover the run with poultry netting, shade cloth, just about anything will prevent him from getting out.

funny thing is I have never seen this bird fly or even hop for that matter. He is more of a strutter, he will shake his feathers and fluff up but I have ever even seen a flap out of him. We were leaning on keeping him because basically he is a great big wimp. He is a huge bird in comparison to the other roos he stands a good couple of inches above the other boys and thuds when he walks around.
