We have two males and one female. They’ve been raised with our chickens since they were all day olds. All of them came home the same day.
“Doug the Thug” as we call him has been a bully since he was small.
Since moving them outside when they became of age he has been hissing at any of us who go near or into the pen. He bobs his head and keeps his body low to the ground. He takes off when my husband or I go near Him but he has attacked both of my children when my husband and I weren’t in an arms reach.
Is this behaviour repairable? We are heartbroken over his attitude towards all of us as our other two ducks are warm and wonderful (as are the chickens)
This is our first experience with backyard birds and are learning as much as we can as we go.

Two drakes and one hen is not a good combination as she will be injured by overbreeding. With small children involved, he would have to leave if he were mine.
My husband agrees. I wanted to ask before we took those measures.
