Muscovy breathing problem?

My Muscovy drake who is three months old has begun making this weird breathing sound, like someone who has lost their voice and is trying to talk or just heavy breathing? I’m not sure how to describe it. I’ve been told Muscovies rarely make noises and do when they feel threatened, but he’ll do it when he’s eating or doing nothing at all. It started about two days ago I believe and I’m worried. It’s not constant, the noise will stop, but then start again. His appetite has been normal, everything seems to be normal beside the new sound he’s making.
