Muscovy day 37- internal pip and tapping/noise no external

Hi. I have two viable Muscovy’s eggs from a shipped number of 6.
One has pipped and is slowly unzipping the other one is tapping and is cheeping (I assume it internally pipped) however there is no external pip even after 24 hours?
what advice would you give please?
Should I make a small safely hole in the air sac end? How does this help the chick?
