Muscovy duck law

Does anyone know about the new law the federal fish and wildlife department made. Is it that you can't buy or sell muscovies anymore?

I just asked the same question earlier this week. The thread is back a page or two, but if you find it, it has a link to an even longer thread that explains the whole issue. I think the conclusion was that if you owned them before 3/31/10 you can keep them, but it is illegal to breed, sell, or aquire them after that date. The unoffical word, is that it will not be enforced.
