muscovy duck laws??

Hi... I bet there has been many posts about muscovy laws... Can someone just tell me if it is legal to own muscovies in MA??

Last I heard, it's still legal. They tried to put restriction on them but have found it will be nearly impossible to enforce. There was also an overwhelming response from muscovy owners that was also taken into account. Either way, it didn't stop me from getting mine. If I have a problem, I'll just say I already had them or that I'll be eating them.
