Does anyone pluck Muscovy ducks and ship them? How much?

I'm not sure that I understand your question. D'Artagnan and Grimaud are two online sellers of processed Muscovy. There are many people who process their own poultry in the U.S., but I believe that if processed under the 1,000 birds per year exemption, you would have to buy it from them directly at their farm or a farmers market.
