Muscovy egg question

I have a muscovy hen that should be starting to lay soon and a couple of questions.

1. Would she lay in the nesting boxes in the coop or what would be a likely place for her to lay?

2. Will she have the equivalent to "pullet" eggs or will they start out normal size?

3. What color are muscovy eggs? I have only had ruen eggs before.

They will lay in a nest.

Yes most likely, it should not take long to see full sized eggs.

Our eggs started out pretty big.

The color isn't really white, more of an off white, some may have a very faint tint of green in them.
