muscovy eggs gone wrong

I tried to incubate 15 muscovy egg that my uncle found on a jobsite and 8 were upside down two hatched and died and five made it and were very weak at first ...I would like to no what a good method is for incubating muscovys or an idea of what the reason is that I had a bad experience

Muscovy eggs are hard to incubate but I think there is a Muscovy sticky

My old hen had 14 ducklings (shown below )only one left, the rest was killed, is a khaki Campbell Muscovy cross. At This moment I have Welsh harlequin(excellent ) / khaki Campbell( excellent ) and runner (excellent )/ blue Swedish (excellent ) and pure runner.
