About 3 months ago I got 2 ducklings which was one female and 1 male musovey. Yesterday I chose to get rid of my male as he was jumping on my female alot and my 2 chickens which are in the coup with them.
I went and got 2 more duckling about 1 month old had them for 1 day now and my female is constantly just nipping at them and since I've taken the male away she looks so upset. Did I make the wrong choice? Should I get the male back and just get 1 more fully grown female duck I'm not wanting them to breed or anything.

As long as she is not physically injuring the ducklings, let her work things out. Your drake breeding your chicken hens can injure/kill them.
