Muscovys or muscovies?

Help me out with the plural form of the word Muscovy.
Thanks!

I'm pretty sure it is Muscovies if you play by english spelling rules. But it might be neither, if you want the plural of Muscovy duck it is Muscovy ducks, if you want the plural of just Muscovy then it is Muscovies.

BUT Muscovy is a word originating from Moscow, in Moscow the plural is Muscovite, i'm not sure if this really affects the question because no one knows how the Muscovy duck got its name, it lives thousands of miles away from the Moscow region so the two words are likely unrelated.

Muscovies. This is one of my pet peeves, along with 'broodys'.
