muscovys processing

just curious at what age does everybody process their Muscovies

Meanwhile, I process muscovies for other people, and I've seen a little bit of caruncling on their birds which indicates the onset of sexual maturity.

i weighed one of mine yesterday and it only weighed in at 5lb at live weight they are 49 day old. so i don,t think mine will be ready in that time what wight are they at 70 to 85 days
