have 3 hens that are laying one has about 17 eggs and another about 15, their setting on them at night but leaving during the day, is that going to ruin the eggs? one acts a little more broody than the other, but doesn't seem to sit on them all that much during the day. is that normal? Ed

um thats not that normal, normally the females stay on the nest and it could affect incubation, where are they laid, are the females in a safe place when they sit on the eggs?, are they locked up at night with the eggs?
