Mushroom Compost Bedding???

Hello all! We have some questions that may require an expert.
We are wondering if we use mushroom compost shredded for bedding in my coop. Will the mycilia in the air affect the respiratory system of my ladies???
I get it from a shitake farm and when the logs dry out they can be dusty when dry.

Has anyone used such products in the past?
Any help is welcome.

I have no idea, My gut feeling is that it depends on the type of mushrooms. Because ducks eat certain mushrooms when they are free roaming too..
Hopefully there is an expert on this website

The two types are oyster and shiitake.
