Mushrooms growing under water bowl??

Hello! Today I went to refill my ducks waterbowl and I found mushrooms growing?? What do I do? Are these toxic to the ducks? I have been putting off replacing all the hay in the coop because my duck has formed her nest in there and I don’t want to distrub it... are the mushrooms a sign of mold?? Please help I have attached a photo below.

Mine does that sometimes, it’s usually because it gets wet under the bucket and doesn’t dry.
I would definitely clean it out, at least clean out the part that is molding.
