We decided to try something out the other day to see if our egg production would increase due to it's been down. We had tried adding light in the coop due to shorter day light with not a lot of luck. We have now 21 hens. We was getting 5 - 6 a day if lucky. I put on our favorite Christian music channel on a little radio I had right between the chicken coop, quail pen, and some rabbit cages and wow the next day 11 egg's lol .
Has anyone else had luck doing this and had an increase in their egg production? Also is there any other tricks that somebody else has that they would like to share?

I bet my neighbor's think I am a crazy old man because when I am outside I talk to my chickens, ducks, rabbits and I better talk to my Chinese Geese 
if I don't they will yell and yell and peck at me lightly and pull on my pants leg for attention.
