Hi everyone,
Not sure how to take care of brand new Muskovy hatchlings. We have a broody duck but she is off the nest as they are hatching now. I brought them in the house and under a heat lamp. One is completely hatched as of this morning, the other 4 are starting to hatch. For the one already hatched, I am trying to dip the bill into water to get it to drink, not sure what else I can do. I have rice, grain, spinach, water in the brooder, trying to get it to eat something by sticking the bill in.
I just want to make sure I am doing what I need to do to make sure they start eating and will be ok.
Any other food I should try right now?
