must be in vertical position?????

Ihave been readding that the eggs must be in vertical position so they can develop is that true?

i have mine in horisontal position just sitting on the wire cloth just like a hen would have them is that wrong omg no

i hope no its been 6 days now in horisont position ..
please help me.
 
You can incubate them just how your doing so. Where did you read such a thing?

I incubate mine like you have yours all the time with great success.

You are supposed to STORE the eggs fat end of the egg facing upwards.

Maybe you just mis-read?

hi and thank you i read that in an other forum that i found googling it hehehe well i think im doing great so far... 6 days now and i cant wait to day 10 to candle i hope all are developing... thank you. oh i do turn them 3 times a day i have a thing that i just pul from a lil hole to the outside and they all turn at the same time and then i push the thing i made my self and they all rool back .
 
Some incubators recommend incubating eggs in the vertical position, some recommend the horizontal position. It depends upon the manufacturer. If you have a home-made incubator, you are the manufacturer

and you can lay those eggs any which way you wish. Vertical or horizontal, whichever you please.

It is true you should STORE eggs vertically, with the pointy end down. And if you are storing hatching eggs until you get enough of them to put into an incubator, they should be stored vertically and turned or tilted at least 3 times a day, more if possible, while you are waiting to get enough to hatch at once.

Your eggs are just fine on their sides.
