I'm having the same problem but mine have only been in the incubator a week! I still got two weeks to go!

I'm going to talk my dear boyfriend into building me an incubator just for hatching so I can just keep adding eggs whenever I want to the hovabator and transfer them to the hatcher when it comes down to lockdown.

I bought from two different sellers with eggs still in the incubator. I didn't want to do a staggered hatch so I had them ship when chicks would be out and the incubator cleaned and set up again. Just saying...
