My 1st attempt at building a coop!!! All comments Welcome.

Hi All,
FIRST POST!!! I am building a new coop for my kids 6 Amberlinks. coop is 4 x6 3 ft low side x 4 ft high side 3 roosts in rear, 24" door for people access. 15 x 18 coop chicken door slider. I am also gonna have a window in the front. run is 6 x 12 and will be 6 ft high with 1/2" hardware cloth all around. This was day one of the project, need more 2x4's. If anyone has any comments or suggestions, PLEASE feel free to let me know. This site has helped out over the last couple of weeks. the chicks are almost 3 weeks.

Apparently you need more air flow than you'd think!

Looks good! I think a generous amount of roof overhang is a good thing, especially over the nest boxes (if external) and over the doors.
