My 2 day old chick is dying help!!!!!!

So i ordered chicks from an online catoluge and they arrived yesterday, one has started not eating drinking and can barely stand he wont open his eyes and i tryied treating for pasty butt but i dont think he will make it. He is the runt of the batch

. Have you tried giving him electrolytes? Have you separated him from the others?

I gave him electrolytes and hand fed him by mixing electrolytes water and crushed food. he died the next morning but i have 15 more so...
