I thought the ducks would maybe be mean to the chickens but no it's the chickens chasing the ducks away from the food... it's been a couple weeks Im letting them together during the day but they have their own coops at night. I hope that eventually they can get along better to sleep in one coop!!

How many feeders do you have? When keeping different types of poultry together you need to have separate feeders spaced adequately apart to allow the different flocks access to food.
I realized that when I saw what was happening so I put food in 3 different places. they all eat. but chickens are still running at the ducks and chasing them around. I also give them breaks so the ducks can rest. I wonder when will they (chickens) chill? they are 6 months old (the 2 pullets)

I think that is wishful thinking. Always solve fore peace in the flock. I think you would have better luck to completely separate the two species both night and day.

Always solve for peace in the flock, even if that means having two different flocks. Do that or re- home either the ducks or chickens. Birds often times just do not get the idea of sharing or tolerating other kinds of birds.
