My 2yr old girl slowly became lame and can not seem to get her better.

I have a 2 yr old Barnevelder that started getting attacked in July by the flock. I secluded her for a week or so then re-entered back to the flock and all seemed to be fine for a few days then they started attacking again. The only thing I noticed about her was she seemed to have a lil lameness. Secluded her again. Couple weeks later noticed she was using her wing to help support her as she tried to move around. Slowly became worse and I had to assist her back into the coop because she didn't have enough room to extend her wing to get up the ramp. From that day on I noticed she was not leaving the coop. She still eats fine, drinks fine but I can not figure out why she can not walk very well. I notice her in different areas and have seen her struggle to move to new locations. I have not seen any deformities when I look at her legs. I have checked the feet also and they look normal. No other bird is showing these signs. At one point the poop was bright green but found out it might have been too many greens. Other than that poop seems normal. She gets ACV in her water but no other treatment given. I have not found a vet in my area that treats chickens. I recently moved her into the main coop but separated from the other girls so she has warmth as it is getting colder her. I have noticed in this last month as they are all multing her head feathers have white tips. Don't remember seeing that on her before.
Any suggestion on what I can do for her would be greatly appreciated.

Does she lay eggs?
Can you post some photos?
She may be having reproductive issues, but it's possible that Marek's could be her troubles too.
Sounds like you have been giving her supportive care all along. You can try giving her 1/4 tablet B-Complex once a day to see if that helps her improve.

White tips on the head feathers during molt - you may be seeing keratin sheaths that will eventually fall off. A photo of those may be helpful as well.
