My 3 week old chick is listless, wont eat, wont drink, and i think has her toes curled like a fist

So my title says it all... I am new to raising chickens. We got them as day olds and now they are 22 days old. We isolated the 'sick' little chick with her own heat lamp. I have been feeding vitamin water through a dropper. I noticed her left toes are curled up like a fist.... She isnt doing well so i am on the computer researching. I see lots about making 'boots'. I wonder if this is something i should be doing for this chicky? She is really really really touchy and does not like being handled AT ALL... The other chicks had her cornered and were pecking at her when we saw them last nite....
I feel sad. I sang and hummed to her today while i tried to get her to drink. haha... sounds silly but why not! i made warm porridge, nothing....
any advice???
