My 3 week old duckling threw up

Hi. If you have seen my other posts, my ducklings had thrown up once each after treats and so I started giving them grit and what not. So it has been about two weeks since that happened (there throw up was clear a few weeks ago) but my baby that threw up spit up just a little bit of clear throw up then about an hour later threw up her duckling food. She has been acting normal except for about twenty minutes before she was a little shaky. I will definitely monitor her but IM hoping shes not ill. Any advice or reassurance that she ok because they are my first ducks and I am very overprotective and cautious.

How are you giving the grit? And what all are you feeding them? Do they always have water to drink especially when eating?

I put their grit in a separate container and don't get treats often because I know it doesn't always sit well in their stomachs. And yes they always have enough water
