my 6 day old baby chicken

My 6 day old chciken has clear fluidy slime coming from her mouth. she won't stand. I gave her electrolytes with a medicine dropper. what could this be? Never had any of my babies or hens have this

We just picked up 35 chickens from the hatchery and today the 3rd one has passed away. Today we noticed a clear fluid coming from her mouth. Can anyone help identify what was wrong with her? She wouldnt stand up, eat or drink. We gave her electrolytes with a fropper and she seemed to be getting better and then 3 hours later she died.

Can you please post photos of the chicks, their poop, the brooder/housing?
If you are using a heat lamp, please take a couple of photos of the brooder with the lamp on, but then please take photos of the chicks, the poop, etc. without the red light.

What are you feeding?
You just picked them up today? Where did they come from, were they shipped?
You've had 3 die today after you picked them up?
How warm is your brooder on the warm side and on the cold side - please take a thermometer and give us a reading.

Clear fluid coming from the beak sounds like possibly the crop, was her crop really full?

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Once you give us more info along with photos we may be able to give you some suggestions.
