my 7 week old has a red-ish purple sac under her vent. condition/cure?

I have a 7 week old splash cochin chick with a red-ish, purple-ish sac under her vent. It is soft, and sticks out maybe a half inch, and is maybe an inch wide.

She is eating/drinking/pooping normally. She seems healthy in all regards. My chicks even got cocci and were treated and are all now healthy. Is this a lasting effect from the cocci?

What is this condition called and should I do anything to help her?

She doesn't seem to be in any pain, but I would like to know if there is something I need to be doing..
