My all ducks emryos died during last few days

Please help,

Three embryos dies at about day 25. LAst one was started to pip strongly at day 28 and 10 hours later also died.
WHY!!! Little Giant incubator with fan and egg rotator with was stopped on day 25. Humidity was 60 and 80 last few days
Eggs were fresh. WHY??????

Need more info, were they shipped eggs? That could be a factor. Typically ducks should be 50% then 70-75 at lockdown for humidity.

I got four eggs at small farm. They cell different eggs for hatching. They all candled well at day 8 - all four jumped in the eggs, I do not understand what does that mean "then 70-75 at lockdown for humidity" I have two ponds on my property and wanted to have ducks there. That was my first try to hatch ducks.
What do you thing could be wrong? What types of duck would stay all year around if we keep pond opened in winter in Michigan?

Eggs must be incubated at certain temperatures and humidity to be able to hatch. Were you using a Thermometer and Hygrometer?

Temp was 99.5 . relative humidity 60 first 25 days and 80 last three days'
What esle could be wrong?
I afraid to start another batch. Do not want to kill more embyous
