My babies are here!!!!

My babies finally got here!!! I ordered 10 chicks from Meyer and they all made it here safely!!!! I got one SLW boy, 3 speckled sussex pullets, 2 GLW pullets, a BCM pullet, a salmon faverolle pullet, a welsummer pullet, and a partridge rock pullet, lol. I like variety

I'm giving them a little while to settle in, then we'll have a photo shoot!!! I'm so happy they're here!!!!!

They're all so sweet and tiny...Gemma doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed, since she keeps jumping in the waterer (I think she thinks she's waterfowl, lol), but other than that, I love them all!!!

On tip regarding their waterer-- put some marbles or river stones in the channel for safety because chicks can easily drown.

There are marbles in there, but she keeps moving them with her feet and just standing there in it, lol. No one is in danger of drowning, tho, I just think she's silly. Thanks for looking out for my babies, tho
