Hi all.
I just went out to check on the girls for the 50th time today. My runt of the flock (4 chicks about 5 weeks old) was having a hard time moving.It looks like she may have injured her her left leg. Limping and not putting weight on it. Moves a bit then sits down.
She was fine just an hour ago....the other girls don't seem to bother her because she is the runt so I am not sure WHAT happened....maybe got it caught up in the chicken wire.
This is my first flock and obviously concerned. Should I give her a few days?I dont want to put her down but dont want her hurting either.
