My baby chicken has a lump / tumour on her back.HELP!

My baby chicken has a what best can be described as an uncooked white bean on her back area.If I squuize lightly it doesn't budge.Is this a blockage?

Where abouts is the lump exactly? How old is your bird?

Sorry for bad res and quality,it's evening time and I have a very bad camera.My mom tol me that she was pecked this morning by a grown female.(Guess she got hostile)She also said that is was way worse this morning,so improvement maybe?
She is fully consious and can drink and eat.

You said another bird pecked her, maybe that is an area of infection. Drop box didn't work for me either. When you said an "uncooked bean," made me think of an engorged tick.
