My baby chickens leg is injured.

I have a baby chicken which has hatched a couple of days ago, and his right led is broken.Beoken not as bone broken,but as in not right.The chicken keeps his leg up, and is in pain when he tries to move it.He can't move the knee part of his leg. The knee part is kind of bulging, but sideways.

Can you post a picture? The chick could possibly have a slipped tendon which is a birth defect. It is not always successfully treated. Here is some information:
