My baby duck needs help!!

I have a baby duck he's 3 months old. Not sure if the 4 month old duck hurt him or if it's a deficiency. He went lame and wasn't walking anymore. He was crying along and then just payed down and never got back up. For about 3 weeks now I have been giving him B12, Nician, meal worms and electrolytes in his water. He is making progress slowly. Now is standing for 5 seconds then goes down. I noticed he like to back into a corner, it helps him to stand. I noticed in the last week he is walking backwards. Does anyone know why this is? I thought maybe he's having a hard time to balance? Any suggestions as to what that means that he's walking backwards and anything else I can do to help him would be much appreciated!! Thank you
